Untapped Trait Detective is tailored for team-building settings, both in-person and online; aiming to strengthen mindfulness and social connection by enabling players to gain an awareness of how traits are perceived to enable or impede productivity; to learn how to navigate work activities.
SFIA Behaviour Detective
Behaviour Detective is designed to build awareness around SFIA Skills and Behaviours, both in-person and online. Players learn how to read behavioural cues and intuit the trait-skill dynamics through the lens of the global skills and competency framework for the digital world.
