Untapped’s Blue
At Untapped, our experiences around the globe signifies the oceans of world: every ocean and body of water carries its own distinct shade of blue. The Mediterranean shimmers in fun vibrant turquoise, the Pacific plunges into a deep rich navy, and the Atlantic holds a cooler, almost steely hue. These variations in blue, mirrors the spirit that drives our work at Untapped.
Blue, especially in the ocean, holds beautiful symbolism: strength, calmness and even moments of turbulence. As with shifting tides that border the shores, no two waves are the same, our thinking is constantly evolving - curious, bold and adaptive. Something we are proud of at Untapped. It is fitting this dynamic energy has shaped the essence of our brand.

2017
Founded as a specialist provider for neurodivergent recruitment and workplace support.
2018
Launched the Neurodiversity Hub, a global open-access research and education platform.
2019
Developed the Genius Armoury Cybersecurity Program to engage untapped talent in cyber.
2021
Scaled programs to support First Nations, Veterans, and CALD communities across sectors.
2023
200+ neurodivergent employees placed, 101 training sessions delivered to 3,441 people across 7 countries, Indigenous Neurodiversity PhD research project launched
2024
Funding neurodiversity research and third-level education scholarships for underrepresented groups.
2025
Launched the Neuroinclusion Mark to benchmark inclusive workplaces, Released On-Demand Learning Modules for global scalability
