Training Case Study

In a case study with an academic partner, our education and training resulted in a significant increase in awareness and confidence.

Awareness Improvements

Before the training, nearly one-third of the participants (31.6%) had low awareness, with only a small fraction (5.3%) demonstrating very high awareness.

Post-training, very high awareness increased dramatically (26.7%), while low awareness also dropped significantly (6.7%).

Confidence Surge

Confidence is key to effective participation and application of knowledge. Training not only informed but also empowered attendees with confidence levels surging.

  • The proportion of highly confident participants more than doubled, rising from 20% to 46.7%.

  • Those with no confidence dropped dramatically from 35% to just 6.7%.

  • 85% of attendees reported an overall increase in confidence, proving the program’s ability to foster self-assurance and competence.
