  • Carolyn Burr

    MANAGING PARTNER

    Carolyn is Managing Partner, Untapped Talent. She is passionate about supporting teams and organisations in value creation, innovation, project management, social impact, and strategic partnership growth. Carolyn’s years of experience spans across leadership, education, commercial, government, community and social enterprise settings. Carolyn has travelled globally building pathways, programs and support for Untapped Talent and has overseen the development of social impact solutions across cultures and countries. Carolyn holds a Master of Leadership (Monash University), Grad Dip Couns., and Bachelor of Arts.

  • Michael Fieldhouse

    SENIOR PARTNER

    Michael is Senior Partner, Untapped Talent. Michael is passionate around big scale strategy concerning digital innovation, cyber-security and workplace diversity, and has assisted both senior leaders and government officials. With a management consulting background, he has over 20 years of experience as a senior executive, working with the Australian government at a federal and state level. Michael brings firm knowledge in deal origination, value creation, sales experience, general management and financial skills. Michael’s professional associations include the Harvard Club of Australia and the Harvard Alumni and as an MBA-qualified executive, is integral to innovate solutions and resolving complex issues in vital fields that thrive on accuracy and precision.

  • Tia Squire

    DIRECTOR, STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS & PROGRAM INNOVATION

    Tia is the Director, Strategic Partnerships & Program Innovation at Untapped Talent. She is passionate about driving neurodiversity inclusion, fostering innovative workplaces, and empowering underrepresented talent. With over a decade of experience across marketing, entrepreneurship, and social impact, Tia has a proven track record of creating meaningful change in diverse sectors. Her work spans from launching STEM curricula in the U.S. to presenting groundbreaking research on cognitive behaviour across Southeast Asia. Tia’s leadership at Untapped Talent focuses on building strategic partnerships and developing programs that break down barriers and unlock the potential of neurodiverse individuals.

Global Team of Consultants

A key figure in our programs, specialising in integrating neurodivergent, First Nations, retired elite athletes and veteran team members and tailoring strategies for their needs. Beyond support, they can drive organisational change through training on neurodiversity, coaching SMEs, managers, and staff, and collaborate across our Untapped Consultants network for continuous program enhancement. Our team brings a foundation of combined lived experience, corporate understanding and academic skills. 

Communications Team

Our communications team connects the organisation to global audiences. They are experts in crafting clear, universal, and consistent messaging that resonates with customers and drives engagement. Collaborating across internal and external communications, our team excel at supporting organisational objectives and elevating our global brand. Powered by untapped creativity and innovation, their strategic approach ensures we consistently deliver exceptional outcomes for our community.

  • Keith Storace

    Keith Storace is a Psychologist and Member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS) and an Associate Fellow with the Australasian College of Health Service Management (ACHSM). He is also a Writer, Editor, and Editorial Board Member for the AI Practitioner—International Journal of Appreciative Inquiry and maintains a psychology and consulting practice at Kiku Imagination®.  

  • Dr. Beth Radulski

    Dr. Beth Radulski is a Neurodiversity researcher with lived experience of Autism. She is currently a Research Fellow of Autism at the University of Melbourne. Dr. Radulski began her career as a PhD Candidate and the Manager: Neurodiversity Inclusion at La Trobe University. Dr. Radulski recently completed her PhD in joint partnership with La Trobe University's Department of Social Inquiry, and the Olga Tennison Autism Research Centre. Her interdisciplinary approach focused primarily on conceptualizing Neurotypical Privilege, and identifying the social drivers of masking and camouflaging in Autistic people. The overall aim of her research is to facilitate social, educational, and employment accessibility for Neurodivergent people, by identifying and addressing barriers to disclosure, unmasking, and inclusion in social, educational, and professional settings.

  • Ashley Semmens

    Ashley is an 18-year military veteran and co-founder of WeRise Collective. He is an expert in leadership, strategy, and community empowerment with a passion for mentoring and driving social impact. In 2025, Ashley became the first person to fin the English Channel, raising awareness and vital funds for the Navy Clearance Diver Trust. Untapped are proud to sponsor and support Ashley finning the English Channel.
